*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets for the Bedroom and 1 set inside a plastic bag inside the bedroom Closet for the sleeper sofa. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillowcases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps (2 pods each), Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner. This is your amount for your stay.

Washer and Dryers on levels 1 & 2. 2 pods are provided for you upon arrival. You will have to go to the Convention Center past the Front Desk to purchase a money card and add credit to it. Each load is $3.00

BIKES: Can be rented on the Resort. Not supplied by Owner
BEACH CHAIRS: 3 Chairs and Wagon. – Beach Towels/Blankets not provided

PARKING FEE: $35.00 is per each car, if more than 1 pass is needed, please Identify that upfront so that this fee can be collected through the Airbnb account. I will need to know the last name of driver of other vehicle. This money goes toward keeping the resort beautiful as well as helping to pay our 24/7 Security staff.

CLEANING: $130.00 per stay.

• Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
• Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 6 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a started supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, and paper towels. (Until further notice; due to allergic reasons, housekeeping will not be providing bars of hand soap in the bathroom. It is recommended that you bring your own)
• Washer and Dry are located down the hallway where you can purchase a money card to use for service. (They are not coin operated)
• My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
• NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
• NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
• No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
• Local telephone service is complimentary and free for Domestic Calls.
• Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
• Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
• Resort Front Desk is open 7AM – 11:00pm for special needs or emergencies
