This serene property offers a tremendous living room which is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island or resting by the Pool or Beach. Offers 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds and a Sleeper Sofa,…guests will have an excellent night’s sleep.

KITCHEN: Has everything that you will need for making meals in the Condo. Stainless and Granite. Fridge with Freezer & Ice Maker, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, Blender, etc. along with both a Keurig & Drip Pot for Coffee.

LIVING/DINING ROOM: Sleeper Sofa, 3 comfortable Chairs, Table for 4, Games, Smart TV & Office Desk.

PRIMARY BEDROOM: King Bed w/ Pillow Top, Dresser, Bathroom with Tub Shower, Dresser, Blackout Curtains, and Smart TV.

GUEST BEDROOM: 2 Twin Beds, Dresser, Bathroom is outside the room, Smart TV.

SMART TV’s:
* Living Room: Vizio 50″
* Primary Bedroom: Samsung 40″
* Guest Bedroom: Samsung 24″

BEACH GEAR: 3-4 Beach Chairs, Folding Wagon, Umbrella and some Toys.

Cleaning Fee = $145/Stay … Additional services are available upon request but at the cost of the Guest.

Parking/Vehicle Pass: $35.00 is per each car, if more than 1 pass is needed, please Identify that upfront so that this fee can be collected through the Airbnb account. I will need to know the last name of driver of other vehicle. This money goes toward keeping the resort beautiful as well as helping to pay our 24/7 Security staff

Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort Rules and Regulations:

• Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
• Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 6 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a started supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, and paper towels. (Until further notice; due to allergic reasons, housekeeping will not be providing bars of hand soap in the bathroom. It is recommended that you bring your own)
• Washer and Dry are located down the hallway where you can purchase a money card to use for service. (They are not coin operated)
• My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
• NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
• NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
• NO Motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
• NO E-Bikes are allowed inside the Resort.  They have provided a bike rack near the Bike Rental stand to lock them up for your stay.
• Local telephone service is complimentary and free for Domestic Calls.
• Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
• Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
• Resort Front Desk is open 7AM – 10:00pm for special needs or emergencies
