Quiet Beachside Resort living while enjoying Tennis players at their best. This Tennis Villas is on the 3rd Floor (no one above you!!!) with quiet privacy to watch Tennis and Pickleball players and amateurs attempting to compete.

FEES:

* $140.00 for the Cleaning Fee.

*$35.00 is per each car, if more than 1 pass is needed, please Identify that upfront so that this fee can be collected through the Airbnb account. I will need to know the last name of driver of other vehicle. This money goes toward keeping the resort beautiful as well as helping to pay our 24/7 Security staff.

– Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid.

– If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%.

– No Refund if Cancelled within 14 days, but will review on case by case basis

• Tennis Villa E 20 Info:
• Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
• Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 6 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a started supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, and paper towels. (Until further notice; due to allergic reasons, housekeeping will not be providing bars of hand soap in the bathroom. It is recommended that you bring your own)
• Washer and Dry are located down the hallway where you can purchase a money card to use for service. (They are not coin operated)
• My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
• NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
• NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
• No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
• Local telephone service is complimentary and free for Domestic Calls.
• Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
• Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
• Resort Front Desk is open 7AM – 11:00pm for special needs or emergencies
