PARKING: $35.00 is per each car, if more than 1 pass is needed, please Identify that upfront so that this fee can be collected through the Airbnb account. I will need to know the last name of driver of other vehicle. This money goes toward keeping the resort beautiful as well as helping to pay our 24/7 Security staff

• Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
• Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 6 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a started supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, and paper towels. (Until further notice; due to allergic reasons, housekeeping will not be providing bars of hand soap in the bathroom. It is recommended that you bring your own)
• Washer and Dry are located down the hallway where you can purchase a money card to use for service. (They are not coin operated)
• My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
• NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
• NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
• No motorcycles.  No E-Bikes,  No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
• Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
• Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
• Resort Front Desk is open 7AM – 11:00pm for special needs or emergencies
