Vacation Property Management – Hilton Head Island, SC (South Carolina) – I have a service of offering Management, Promotions and Advertising for owners who own a Vacation Rental property on this wonderful, award winning, South Carolina Island.
My objective is to either offer you a new or different way of managing your Hilton Head Property. My name is Kevin Martin and was an 11 year resident of HHI and now a 6-year owner of my own Vacation Condo Rental at the Beach and Tennis Resort at Folly Field Beach. My wife and I love our unit and treat it as our own and not just a rental. Our unit at the resort is Unit C250.
The goal is multi-faceted: (Online Vacation Website = VRBO, Homeaway, Airbnb, etc.)
- Create your OVW for you and handle the day to day operation of that management.
- Operate your existing OVW to take the pressure and day to day work away from you.
- Generate and Operate multiple Internet and various Social Media outlets to promote your property and drive internet users to your OVW account.
- Offer Placement and promotions on this website that adds yet another layer of ways to create more viewership to your rental.
- Offer Internet promotion of our OVM through ads such as Google and Facebook. Targeting the most popular audiences for HHI Rentals.

- I have been managing my own condo 100% for 5 years and take care of every aspect. From Feb. 1 – Oct. 1 I have run an 88% Occupancy Rate
- As a Manager, you can work with someone who also owns a Vacation Rental and knows everything that it takes to bring Customer Satisfaction to both you and your Renters.
- With my Plan you will have two Options:
- 1) while using Airbnb and VRBO/Homeaway, you will get paid directly by these companies, therefore keeping your cash flowing. You would be invoiced once a month for payment of services rendered. Options are shown below.
- 2) Fees for alternative marketing plans (shown below) will be billed outside of OVW methods
- The key is to use alternate methods of of getting your Condo seen on the Internet. I have the tools and know how to do that above and beyond the listing websites
