This bright & beachy airy end-unit villa sits on the 3rd floor along Ocean Villa A with a short distance to the elevator. Offering, refreshing ocean breezes, and sweeping views of the beach, ocean, and resort natural views. The Resort is oceanfront so every room here, is just steps away from sinking your toes in the sand and sipping your favorite drink.

Unit C339 is a cozy and freshly updated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is perfect for couples seeking a romantic escape or small family looking for a fun beach retreat. Fully Remodeled include fresh paint, a king-size bed, and a queen sleeper sofa.
Kitchen Island sits 2 people. All the dishes, utensils, and cookware you will need for your stay are provided.
TVs: Brand new Flat Screen Smart TV in Living Room and Flat Screen Smart TV in Bedroom, FREE Wi-fi….Both work on Roku.

Kitchen offers a Microwave, Dishwasher, Stove Top Burners & Oven, Refrigerator/Freezer w/ Ice Maker, Blender, Toaster, Coffee Drip Pot,(no coffee is supplied), Keurig, Baking Trays, and of course all the necessary, plates, bowls and glasses.

$35.00 is per each car, if more than 1 pass is needed, please Identify that upfront so that this fee can be collected through the Airbnb account. I will need to know the last name of driver of other vehicle. This money goes toward keeping the resort beautiful as well as helping to pay our 24/7 Security staff/

Condo & Resort Rules
- Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
- Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 6 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a started supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, and paper towels. (Until further notice; due to allergic reasons, housekeeping will not be providing bars of hand soap in the bathroom. It is recommended that you bring your own)
- Washer and Dry are located down the hallway where you can purchase a money card to use for service. (They are not coin operated)
- My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
- NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
- NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
- No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
- Local telephone service is complimentary and free for Domestic Calls.
- Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
- Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
- Resort Front Desk is open 7AM – 11:00pm for special needs or emergencies
