Unit C306

Unit C306 has everything you could want; the owners have provided books, DVDs, and some small toys for your family’s entertainment. It is located on the top floor, meaning no one is above you. The unit is located close to the elevator and staircase for easy access to the resort amenities and beaches. C306 is located less then 300 steps to the beautiful HHI beaches.

This one bedroom condo is located in the serene Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort (HHB&T ).  Part of the Folly Field Beach Area Vacation Rentals –  HHB&T is a secure resort with 24 hour gated security.
The unit is less then 300 steps to the boardwalk leading to the expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean of HHI. Once on the beach there is a volleyball net and chair/umbrella rentals. While relaxing on the beach if you are hungry or thirsty the oceanfront bar/restaurant is a quick walk.

BIKES: Can be rented on the Resort. Not supplied by Owner
BEACH CHAIRS: Not supplied by owner and can also be rented on the Beach from Shore Services.

The Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe’z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

Owner is always looking for feedback and willing to provide anything to the Condo that guests felt it was missing.

CONDO & RESORT INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 6 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a starter supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, hand soap and paper towels.
– Washer and Dries are located at the far end of the hallway. You will need to purchase a Money Card at the convention center. They are not coin operated.
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Local telephone service is complimentary, long distance calls must be collect or charged to a calling card.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 7AM – 11:00pm for special needs or emergencies

UNIT C306 FEES:

$125.00 Cleaning Fee

$35.00 is per each car, if more than 1 pass is needed, please Identify that upfront so that this fee can be collected through the Booking account. I will need to know the last name of driver of other vehicle. This money goes toward keeping the resort beautiful as well as helping to pay our 24/7 Security staff
