Newly Renovated condo in highly desirable South Forest Beach Drive area, walking distance to the beach, close to Coligny and Sea Pines.
You will feel at home in this 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom that sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. 4th Floor Unit and does have an Elevator. Only 3 other units on the floor.
Hi-lite feature includes an upscale wine and coffee bar. Amenities of the complex include a swimming pool, tennis courts, elevator and gated parking.
Bedrooms feature a king size master, queens size second bedroom, and extra large full size bunks in the third. Each bedroom Contains large 43 inch TV and Main living room brings you home with a nice 55 inch tv. Full Kitchen accessories supplied for a comfortable cooking and preparation stay.
Ready for you with complete bedding, towels and wash clothes. Bathroom includes start up toiletries. Kitchen includes necessity items such as paper towels and dish washing needs.
Condominium is non smoking and no pets.
Offers Coin operated Washer and Dryer in the Hallway along with a Trash Chute for all garbage.

If reservations is made less than fourteen days prior to arrival, the entire amount is due at time of making reservation. Unit Entry Info and Parking Pass will be emailed to you once final payment has been received.
*Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.
*Bookings canceled at least 14 – 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
*Booking Cancellations less than 14 days prior to stay will be non-refundable unless there is a severe situation involved, such as Hurricane threat, etc.
